Meeting You

Getting to know you and listening to your requirements and aspirations is fundamental; respecting your budget and programme is essential. This initial meeting will include an assessment of the building and an explanation of the services we can offer.

Design Development

A more detailed brief will be taken; appropriate surveys, statutory and regulatory requirements as well as any specialist input coordinated to enable the design to be developed.

Once the basic layouts are agreed, lighting, mechanical and electrical plans can be added to the drawings. Specialist joinery can also be drawn up and bespoke lighting, finishes, fittings and equipment specified. Mood boards, visuals and samples are often used to help communicate the design. An itemised cost breakdown is usually supplied at this stage.

Overseeing the Project

Good management of a project is important in realising a successful design. We can offer supervision and quality control of the building works as well as interior styling to add that finishing touch.
